Meatloaf
This hearty American classic is complimented with a spiced tomato glaze. Just as good as mom's- maybe better!

Ingredients
- 3/4 lb ground beef
- 3/4 lb ground pork
- 1 medium onion, diced small
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3/4 cup Italian breadcrumbs
- Salt, pepper, and granulated garlic(to taste)
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- GLAZE
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tbsp honey
- dash of Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 f.
Saute onion in a small saucepan with melted butter over medium heat until translucent. In a large bowl, mix beef and pork. In a small bowl, beat egg and add milk, salt, pepper, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce; blend well. Blend egg mixture into meat mixture. Stir in onion and breadcrumbs into thoroughly mixed.
Line a 13x9 pan with foil and spray with nonstick spray. Form meat into loaf and place in pan. Bake 30 minutes, glaze, bake 10 more minutes, glaze again, and then bake 10 additional minutes until completion.
Remove from oven and serve.
