Mimi's Stuffed Mushrooms

  • 3 Large Cans of Crabmeat (shred)
  • 40 Mushrooms, cleaned, remove stems, and par boil caps
  • Mushroom Stems, some chopped fine
  • 1/3 Cup minced Garlic
  • 1/2 Cup White Wine
  • Bread Crumbs
  • 1/2 Cup Parsley
  • 3/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese



Step 1

Combine crabmeat and chopped stems. Add remaining ingredients. Spray non-stick to baking sheet and bake mushrooms at 350 for 20 minutes.
