Ingredients
- 3 Large Cans of Crabmeat (shred)
- 40 Mushrooms, cleaned, remove stems, and par boil caps
- Mushroom Stems, some chopped fine
- 1/3 Cup minced Garlic
- 1/2 Cup White Wine
- Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 Cup Parsley
- 3/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese

Step 1
Combine crabmeat and chopped stems. Add remaining ingredients. Spray non-stick to baking sheet and bake mushrooms at 350 for 20 minutes.
