Ingredients
- 1 6-7.5 jar artichoke hearts
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/4 tsp. minced garlic (1 clove)
Preparation
Step 1
Drain artichokes and chop or mash. Mix in the other 3 ingredients. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with crackers or fritos.
