Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 6-7.5 jar artichoke hearts
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/4 tsp. minced garlic (1 clove)

Preparation

Step 1

Drain artichokes and chop or mash. Mix in the other 3 ingredients. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with crackers or fritos.
