Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon light olive oil
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 teaspoons dry herb mix (dill, chives, parsley)
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Pepper to taste
  • 4 Alaskan Cod Fillets (#540), frozen
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

Mix olive oil with bread crumbs, herb mix, Parmesan cheese and pepper.

Top fish with seasoned crumbs and bake for 20-25 minutes at 375°F.

Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
