Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon light olive oil
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 2 teaspoons dry herb mix (dill, chives, parsley)
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Pepper to taste
- 4 Alaskan Cod Fillets (#540), frozen
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Step 1
Mix olive oil with bread crumbs, herb mix, Parmesan cheese and pepper.
Top fish with seasoned crumbs and bake for 20-25 minutes at 375°F.
Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
