Maple Breakfast Sausages

Ingredients

  • Whisk:
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 T. stone-ground mustard
  • 1 t. cider vinegar
  • 1 t. black pepper
  • Toss:
  • 1 pkg. all-beef cocktail sausages (14 oz.)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Whisk together maple syrup, mustard, vinegar, and pepper in a bowl. Toss sausages with syrup mixture until coated. Transfer sausages to an ovenproof dish in a single layer and roast, stirring periodically, until syrup mixture is caramelized, 20 minutes.
