  • 1 package green lentils
  • 1 bunch carrots
  • 2 leeks
  • 3-4 large potatoes
  • Breakfast links (10-15)

Step 1


Cook lentils according to package instructions. Fry breakfast links in pan until fully cooked, put them aside for later. In the same pan and oil, slowly roast cut up vegetables until almost cooked through.

Add vegetables to lentils and broth and cook until desired tenderness. Add breakfast link right before serving.
