Cabbage Ramen Noodle Salad

Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 1/2 c butter or margarine
- 2 pkg. Beef ramen noodles, save flavor packet for dressing
- 1 c Sunflower seeds
- 1 c Slivered almonds
- 1 16 oz. pkg Cole slaw
- 1 bunch scallions, chopped
- 1/3 c Vinegar
- 1/2 c Sugar
- 1 c Vegetable Oil
- 2 seasoning packets

Preparation
Step 1
In a large frying pan, melt 1/2 cup butter. Add crushed Ramen noodles and all seeds. Toss until browned. (Can do this ahead and refrigerate)
Mix cole slaw and scallions. Add cooled nut mixture. Toss with dressing 1 hour before serving.
