Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
On sheet of waxed paper, combine flour and ground red pepper. In large bowl, with mixer on medium speed, beat butter and cheese until well blended. With mixer on low speed, gradually add flour mixture to butter mixture. Beat 5 minutes longer or until very creamy, scraping bowl occasionally.
