- 3 lbs red skin potatoes
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 1 5 oz boursin cheese with herbs
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of parsley

Step 1
Heat whipping cream and cheese until melted
Layer of potatoes-layer of cream
Season with salt and pepper
Bake @ 400 for 1 hour
