Ingredients

  • Icing:
  • 1 pkg Duncan Hines Butter Recipe Golden Cake Mix
  • 1/2 cup soft butter
  • 3/4 cup whole milk
  • 1 can (11 oz) mandarin oranges (drained)
  • 1 large cool whip
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple (undrained)
  • 1 pkg (3 3/4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • Blend all ingredients together

Preparation

Step 1

1. Prepare 3- 9" layer cake pans. Grease lightly the bottom of the mans, sprinkle with flour, shake out excess flour. Set aside

2. Put all above ingredients in large mixer bowl. Blend until moistened. Beat at medium speed for 3 minutes.

3. Pour batter even ly into the 3 pans. Bake at 325 for 25-30 minutes. Cool cake in pans on colling rack for at least 10 minutes. Romove from pans and cool top side up on rack. When fully cool, use Hawaiian icing.
