Texas Caviar (Bean Dip)

Ingredients

  • can of each of the following:
  • Mexi Corn
  • green chilis
  • pinto beans
  • black beans
  • black-eyed peas
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 3 stalks of celery
  • 3/4 cup cidar vinegar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 3/4-1 cup sugar
  • 1 T water

Preparation

Step 1

Drain beans and put into a bowl. Add the onion, celery, and green pepper (Chopped). Next add the dressing and toss and serve with chips.
