Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked chicken (diced)
- 1 1/2 cup diced celery
- 3 T. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cups seedless grapes (halved)
- 1 3 oz. pkg. toasted almonds
- 2 green onions sliced (white portion only)
- 3 hard boiled eggs chopped
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 3/4 tsp Lawry's season salt
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp pepper
- 3/4 cup Miracle whip
- 3/4 cup mayonaise
- 1/4 cup half and half
Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 3 ingredient and chill for 1 hour. After chilled add grapes, almonds, onion, and eggs to chilled chicken mixture. Combine remaining ingredients and add to chicken. Serve with croissants.
