Chicken Almond Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked chicken (diced)
  • 1 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 3 T. lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 cups seedless grapes (halved)
  • 1 3 oz. pkg. toasted almonds
  • 2 green onions sliced (white portion only)
  • 3 hard boiled eggs chopped
  • 1 tsp. celery seed
  • 3/4 tsp Lawry's season salt
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp pepper
  • 3/4 cup Miracle whip
  • 3/4 cup mayonaise
  • 1/4 cup half and half

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 3 ingredient and chill for 1 hour. After chilled add grapes, almonds, onion, and eggs to chilled chicken mixture. Combine remaining ingredients and add to chicken. Serve with croissants.
