- Halibut pieces - no skin
- flour - white or whole wheat
- egg
- grated medium coconut, unsweetened
- cilantro and lemon for garnish

Step 1
Dip halibut pieces in flour, then egg, then coconut.
Bake at 450.
Serve with rice and sauted veg with mirin.
Garnish with lemon and cilantro.
