Ingredients
- 1 Pld Cooked chicken peices
- 1/4 Cup FINELY cut cilantro
- 1 Pkg cream cheese
- 2 Cups monterey jack cheese
- 1 Onion
- 1 Cup enchilada sause
- 12 Corn tortillas

Preparation
Step 1
Put cilantro, cream cheese, 1 1/2 cups of cheese, and onion in bowl and blend. Spread 2/3 Cup enchilada sauseover bottom of pan. Drip 4 tortillas into enchilada sause and arrange over sause in pan. Scoop half cream cheese mix over tortillas. Top with 1 cup of chicken and 1/3 onion. Repeat layers 1 time. Top with remaining chicken and onion. Pour remaining enchilada sause over top. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350* for 25 Minutes.
