Lemonade Poke Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 box (18 ounce) lemon cake mix
  • 6 ounce frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 8 ounce tub Cool Whip

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare cake mix in 13 x 9 pan according to package directions. Let cool slightly. Using the handle of a wooden spoon, poke holes in cake at about 1" intervals. Mix lemonade concentrate and powdered sugar. (You can microwave mixture briefly to help dissolve sugar.)

Drizzle lemonade mixture evenly over cake. Refrigerate until cold.


Spread whipped topping over cake.
