• 3 cups peeled and thinly sliced potatoes
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1/2 cup chopped onion
• 3/4 cup milk
• salt
• pepper
• 1 cup shredded cheese

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350
Brown hamburger
Combine soup, onion, milk, salt and pepper
Layer potatoes,soup mixture and meat in a 11 X 7 baking dish. Bake 1 hour. Top with cheese.
