Ingredients
- 9 "unbaked pie crust
- 3-4 cups rhubarb, diced
- 2-3 eggs (I like 2)
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup milk
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Put rhubarb on bottom of crust. Beat remaining ingredients and pour over rhubarb. Bake 25 minutes.
Reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake 35 minutes
