Stovetop Italian beef Macaroni

Ingredients

  • 1 Pld beef
  • 1 Can diced tomatos
  • 2 Cups water
  • 1 Pkg onion soup
  • 1 Tsp italian seasoning
  • 1/4 Tsp crushed red peppers
  • 2 Cups uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 1/2 Cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 Cup mozzarella

Preparation

Step 1

Brown beef, drain. Add tomatos, water, soup mix, italian seasoning, and crushed red peppers. Bring to broil. Stir in macaroni, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 8 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in parmesan cheese and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
