Ingredients
- Peheat oven 350.
- 3 Tb butter or margarine.
- Between 1/4 - 1/3 cup brown sugar.
- Drain 1 can pineapple, chunks or rings; save juice.
- Use Jiffy Yellow Cake mix; prepare as directed.

Step 1
Put butter & brown sugar in skillet - put in over and melt.
Add drained pineapple to brown sugar/melted butter in skillet.
Add 1 heaping tblsp of cake mix to pineapple juice and set aside. Pour cake mix over pineapple in iron skillet. Bake 15-20 minutes, until cake is done.
Heat in small sauce pan, pineapple juice w/added batter. when cake is done and semi-cooled, flip onto plate. Add sauce to each serving.
