White Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1 1/2 cup margarine (NOT melted)
• 2 eggs
• 1 tablespoon vanilla
• 2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 4 cups flour
• 2 pkgs white chocolate chips
• 2 cups chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the first five ingredients until smooth. Add the following ingredients. Spoon onto cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. (Instead of using 1 ¼ cup of regular sugar, you can use 1/3 cup of Splenda and 1/3 cup of regular sugar.)
