Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- 4 Skinless, Boneless Salmon Fillets
- Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450. Brush mustard over top & sides of salmon fillets. Sprinkle with pepper & salt. Place fillets on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Bake, uncovered, for 7-10 min, depending on the thickness of the salmon, or till just cooked. Do not overcook.
