Ingredients
- 6 cups cooked cubed red potatoes, cooled
- 3 green onions, diced
- 3 celery stalks, sliced
- 2 granny smith apples, cored and diced
- 3/4 cup miracle whip
- 1 tsp. dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup toasted pecan halves
Preparation
Step 1
Combine potatoes, onions, celery and apples in large bowl.
Blend miracle whip with mustard and toss with potato mixture. Cover and chill for 2 hours. Garnish with pecans.
