Venison Noodle Casserole

  • 2 lbs Ground Venison
  • 1 tblsp Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Red Pepper
  • 1 1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese
  • 1 Large Onion Chopped
  • 1 Green Pepper Chopped
  • 2 8 o.z. Cans Tomato Sauce
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 pound Wide Egg Noodles Cooked
  • 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
  • 8 o.z. Cream Cheese



Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown venison in butter, stir in tomato sauce and salt. Remove from heat. Combine cheeses, sour cream, onion, green pepper and ground red pepper. Butter a large casserole dish and place ½ the noodles in the bottom. Add cheese mixture, then remaining noodles. Cover with the ground venison and bake for 30 minutes.
