Ingredients
- Cookie crumbs and bits
- 500 ml peach jam
- 1/4 ounce - 1/2 tbs. rum
Preparation
Step 1
Place cookie crumbs and bit into a food processor; pulse to fine crumb.
In a small bowl stir together the cookie crumbs and peach jam. Add the rum and stir to combine.
Cover and chill in the refrigerator until ready to fill cookies.
