Peppery Dry Rub

Ingredients

• 1 cup coarsley cracked peppercorns
• 2 tablespoons coarsley cracked white peppercorns
• 1 tablespoon ground coriander
• 1 to 2 tablespoons crushed red pepper flakes
• 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
• 1/4 cup salt
