Ingredients
- 6 baked potatoes-cooled & shredded
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 stick butter
- 8 oz. shredded cheddar
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz. sour cream
- salt & pepper

Step 1
Saute onion in butter, add soup & sour cream
Pour over potatoes & top with shredded cheese
Bake 375 till cheese is melted and bubbly
