Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 Cup Honey
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Cups Bread Flour
  • 1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 2 Tsps. Active Dry Yeast

Preparation

Step 1

Lightly sprinkle flour and all the other ingredients onto a mat or board. Knead by hand for 2 or 3 minutes.
Cut into 12 equal pieces and shape into a ball, pulling the edges under to make a smooth top.
Place in cupcake pan, and then using a scissors with the points dipped in flour, snip the top in half. Then snip crosswise again making 4 points.
Cover and let rise.
Bake at 350° for 30-35 mins.
