• 1-2 Anaheim chili's, roasted, peeled, seeded and chopped
• 2 Tbsp. tequila
• 1 head roasted garlic
• Coarse salt to taste
• 1/2 lime, juiced
• 2 Tbsp. cooking oil Method

Combine all the ingredients in a large, glass bowl and mix with hands to form burgers.
