Ingredients

  • VANILLA SAUCE:
  • 16 ox. cubed bread
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup vanilla extract
  • 8 whole eggs
  • 6 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 Tblsp vanilla
  • 3 whole eggs plus 5 egg yolks
  • 3/4 cup sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Grease pan and fill with cubed bread. Mix together all dry ingredients. Add eggs and vanilla extract and stir until well blended with wire whisk. Add heavy cream and stir well. Pour over cubed bread and let soak. Bake at 350-degrees for 60 to 75 minutes. Top with chips and vanilla sauce while hot.
