Ingredients
- 1 BOX YELLOW CAKE MIX
- 1 BOX LEMON JELLO (3 OZ)
- 3/4 CUP OIL
- 3/4 CUP APRICOT NECTOR
- 2 tsp LEMON EXTRACT
- 4 EGGS
- ICING: 3 TBS MARG OR BUTTER
- JUICE OF ONE LARGE LEMON
- 1 CUP SIFTED POWDERED SUGAR

Step 1
MIX FIRST 6 INGREDIENTS .
BEAT WELL WITH BEATER
BAKE IN GREASED TUBE PAN AT 325 DEGREES FOR ONE HOUR
HEAT LEMON JOICE AND MARG POUR OVER THE SUGAR AND THEN OVER THE HOT CAKE.
NOTE: I POKE HOLED IN THE CAKE WITH A TOOTH PICK BEFORE POURING THE SAUCE OVER IT.
