Chicken Rosemary

Instead of sherry, mix 1 (1/2 pint) carton sour cream with cream of mushroom soup

Ingredients

  • 6-8 chicken breasts, boned and skinless
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1 pkg dried beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 bottle cooking sherry
  • rosemary, fresh

Preparation

Step 1

Wrap each chicken breast in a bacon slice.
Place beef in a lightly greased casserole dish. Place chicken over beef. Mix soup and sherry, pour over chicken. Sprinkle rosemary over top. Cook covered 275* for 1 1/2 hours, uncover for last 1/2 hour.
