  • 1 CAN CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
  • 1 CAN CREAM OF CELERY SOUP
  • 1 CUP SOUR CREAM
  • 1/2 CUP MILK
  • 8 OZ CHEDDAR CHEESE SHREDDED
  • OC ONION RINGS (i USE A LOT)
  • SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE

PEEL POTATOS AND SOAK IN ICE WATER TILL READY TO USE (OR THEY WILL TURN BROWN)

GRATE POTATOS OR CUT IN SMALL PIECES
PAR BOIL AND DRAIN WELL.
i ALWAYS SQUEEZE THE GRATED ONES TO GET ALL THE WATER OUT.

OUT IN BOWL.
ADD: SOUP, SOUR CREAM, MILK, HALF THE CHEESE ONE LARGE CAN OC ONION RINGS.SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE

SPREAD IN LARGE CASSEROLE. I ACTUALLY USE 2 SMALLER ONES SO THAT THEY COOKED FASTER.

BAKE IN OVEN AT 350 DEGREES FOR ABOUT 1 HOUR THEN ADD MORE CHEESE AND MORE OC ONION RINGS TO TOP AND PUT UNDER BROILER FOR A MIN TO BROWN.
