- 2 cups bisquick
- 1 stick margarine, softened
- 1 lb. sausage, browned
- 2 cups extra sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 8 oz. Sour Cream

Mix all ingredients. Drop into mini muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees until brown.
