Three Bean Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 (14 1/2 oz) can green beans, drained
  • 1 (16 oz) can kidney beans, drained
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz) can garbanzo beans, drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons Splenda
  • 1 (.7 oz) packet dry Italian dressing mix

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a medium size mixing bowl. Mix and refrigerate until ready to serve.
