  • Crust:
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 1/2 cup butter (softened)
  • 1 cup whole pecan halves
  • Carmel:
  • 2/3 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

In 3 quart bowl combine flour, brown sugar & butter for crust. Mix until well blended. Put in 13x9x2 ungreased pan. Sprinkle pecans evenly over unbaked crust. In heavy 1 quart saucepan combine brown sugar & butter. Bring to boil stirring constantly. Boil 1/2 to 1 minute. Pour evenly over pecans & crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 18-22 minutes. Remove from oven. Immediately sprinkle with chips. After chips melt slightly, swirl for marbled effect. Do not spread chips. Cool & cut into squares.
