  • 1 LB. BEEF SIRLOIN, CUT INTO 2 IN. STRIPS
  • GARLIC POWDER TO TASTE
  • 3 TBS. VEGETABLE OIL
  • 1 CUBE BEEF BOUILLON SUB BV
  • 1/4 CUP HOT WATER
  • 1 TAB. CORNSTARCH
  • 1/2 CUP CHOPPED ONION
  • 1 LG. GREEN PEPPER, ROUGHLY CHOPPED
  • 14.5 OZ. CAN STEWED TOMATOES, WITH LIQUID
  • 3 TAB. SOY SAUCE
  • 1 TEA. WHITE SUGAR
  • 1 TEA. SALT

Preparation

Step 1

STEP ONE
SEASON SIRLOIN WITH GARLIC POWDER TO TASTE

STEP TWO
BROWN MEAT IN SKILLET; TRANSFER TO SLOW COOKER

STEP THREE
MIX BOUILLON CUBE (BV) WITH HOT WATER UNTIL DISSOLVED, THEN MIX IN CORNSTARCH UNTIL DISSOLVED.

STEP FOUR
POR INTO SLOW COOKER WITH MEAT

STEP 5
STIR IN ONION GREEN PEPPERS, STEWED TOMATOES, SOY SAUCE, SUGAR, AND SALT.

STEP 6
COVER, AND COOK ON HIGH FOR 3-4 HOURS OR ON LOW FOR 6-8 HOURS.

STEP 7
SERVE OVER RICE OR NOODLES.
