Ingredients

  • Marie Calanders Southwestern Cornbread mix
  • 1 cu. Water
  • 2 seeded jalapenos
  • 1/2 onion
  • Cilantro
  • I can mexicorn
  • I can rotel tom
  • 1 cu. Cheddar cheese
  • 2 cu. Cooked chicken or taco beef
  • 1 box jiffy cornbread mix

Step 1

Mix all ingredients and place half the mixture in 9x13 greased pan and cook at 400 for approx. 30 minutes or until top is browned. Makes 2 batches
