Ingredients

  • 2 lbs southern Style Hash Browns
  • 1 Dozen Eggs
  • Onion Flakes
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Ham (cubed)
  • 8 oz. Mozarella Cheese
  • 8 oz. Chedder Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Spray 9x13 pan with pam spray. Put in hash browns, then ham and 1/2 of cheese. Wisk eggs. (Elaine cooks the eggs in the microwave for a minute or 2 before pouring over hash brown mix) Pour over hash brown mix then top with remaining cheese. Bake 1 hour in 350 degree oven uncovered.
