Ingredients
- 10 medium red potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, cubed
- 1 cup (8 oz) sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 Tbls butter, divided
- 1 Tbls dried parsley
- 1-1/4 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Preparation
Step 1
Place potatoes in large saucepan. Cover with water and bring to boil. Reduce heat. Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes or until tender. Drain.
In large mixing bowl, mash potatoes. Add sour cream, cream chesse, milk, 1 Tbls butter, parsley, garlic salt and beat until smooth.
Spoon into 2 qt greased baking dish. Dot with remaining butter and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake 30-40 minutes or until heated through at 350.
