- 1 Flank staeak 2 1/2 to 3 lbs
- 3 pork teaks
- 4 med. potatos
- 3 bunches green onions
- 3 dry med dry onions

dice meat, ptatoes and onions mix together add salt and pepper to teast put in crust about 1 tea cup full Dot with a piece of butter and cover. Makes about 8 to 10 pasties

3 c flour
1 T salt
1 c. lard
mix add 3/4 c. water
