Tomatillo-Cilantro Salsa with Lime

Yummy and refreshing, this salsa is sure to be a party hit!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. tomatillos, papery skins removed (5 to 6 medium)
  • 1/2 c. chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 T. chopped green onion
  • 1 T. fresh lime juice
  • 1/8 t. salt
  • 1 T. extra-virgin olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

In a food processor or blender, puree all ingredients. Serve or cover and refrigerate for up to two days for stronger flavor.
