Ingredients
- 2 cups drained black beans
- 3 cans whole kernel corn (or equivalent from fresh corn ears, or mix of both)
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 3 Tblsp fresh lime juice
- 6 Tblsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup minced red onion
- 1/4 cup minced green onion
- 1.5 tsp ground cumin
- 3/4 cup chopped tomatoes
- Salt & Pepper to taste

Step 1
Mix first 8 ingredients in large bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and refrisgerate until cold.
