bag frozen tater tots
cans cream of chicken soup
can evaporated milk
thawed chicken breast cut into small pieces
shredded cheddar cheese
small bag of frozen veggies
Spray a 9x11 cassarole dish with pam or butter. Preheat the oven to 350F. Cook the chicken pieces in a skillet until cooked through and set aside. In the cassarole dish, put down one layer of tots, then a layer of frozen veggies, then half the chicken pieces. In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cans of cream of chicken soup with 1 can of evaporated milk. Add salt and pepper to the sauce to taste. Pour half this sauce over the chicken/veggie/tot layers in the dish. Put another layer of tots and remaining chicken (and veggies if you have room) then pour the rest of the sauce in. Sprinkle the cheese over the top to cover the top layer of tots and bake 45 minutes, checking occasionally to make sure cheese is melting and sauce is bubbling. Let cool 10 minutes before serving.
