Monkey Cake

Ingredients

• 4 packs pillsbury buttermilk biscuits
• 1 c sugar
• 2 tbs cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Mix sugar and cinnamon in large bowl with lid.

Cut each biscuit into quarters and drop in sugar mixture. Coat well and put into a well greased bundt or tube pan.

In saucepan melt 1 stick butter and 1 cup sugar.
Pour over biscuits.

Bake 350 degrees for 35-45 min

Remove from pan immediately.
