Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lbs hamburger
- 1 1/4 lbs Italian sausage
- 1/4 cup Romano cheese
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 finely diced onion
- 2-4 cloves garlic
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp parsley
- salt & pepper to taste
- water to moisten if necessary

Combine all ingredients. Form meatballs. Brown and cool. Add to spaghetti sauce and cook 1 hour.
