Italian meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 lbs hamburger
  • 1 1/4 lbs Italian sausage
  • 1/4 cup Romano cheese
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 finely diced onion
  • 2-4 cloves garlic
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • water to moisten if necessary

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients. Form meatballs. Brown and cool. Add to spaghetti sauce and cook 1 hour.
