Ingredients
- 4 fennel bulbs, sliced thinly
- 1 potato, sliced thin
- 1 clove garlic
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups milk
- S&P
- Fresh mint
- Mascarpone cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Simmer all in big pot for about 30 minutes. Drain liquid & puree. Add 3 tbs mascarpone, 2 tbs chopped mint, S&P and puree again.
