- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 cups skim milk
- 1/3 cup egg substitute
- 1/4 cup applesauce
- 2 T splenda
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Combine all dry ingredients and mix well. Add wet ingredients and mix well.
Heat a large, non-stick skillet, sprayed with cooking spray over medium heat until hot. Pour batter onto skillet 1/4 cup at a time, making sure edges don't touch. Cook until golden brown and bubbles apppear on top of pancakes. Flip and continue cooking until other side is golden brown.
