Lemon Bars

Ingredients

• Crumble:
• Yellow Cake Mix
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• Cream:
• 8 oz Cream Cheese
• 1/3 Cup of Sugar
• 1 tab Lemon Juice

Preparation

Step 1

Mix first 3 ingredients until crumbly, reserve 1 cup and spread the rest in 9x13 pan. Bake 15 mins at 350 degrees. Remove when lightly browning.

Beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and spread on top of crumb mixture and then sprinkle on the 1 cup reserve of crumb. Bake another 15 mins.
