Medium Potatos, peeled and diced
Place potatos and water in sausepan. Bring to broil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Saute onion in butter. Stir in flour, salt, thyme, rosemary and pepper. Gradually add milk. Bring to broil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes. Add potaots with cooking liquid heat though.
